comments: First day of weight lifting after the holidays, geez was it hard. I’m trying a new routine of high reps and low weights for all my future exercises. I was originally going to do my incline benches at a higher weight than 35 with 35 as my warm-up, but I instead stuck with the 35′s. It was harder than i had expected, as I had done much heavier weights than 35′s before. I suppose it was due to my exhaustion of the bench pressing and the lack of training over the holidays.
