Hi. My names Adam and I’m starting this blog as a personal tool and a self reference. This blog is dedicated to my training routines, nutrition, diet and fitness goals. I train primarily Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. I do however train freestyle wrestling and judo occasionally throughout the week. I train everyday, sometimes as much as 3 or 4 times a day. This may seem crazy, especially when I also spend 6 hours of school a day. The secret to to this madness is that… well I sometimes don’t do my homework… But i get by with above average grades. I will be using this as a tool of motivation and self discovery. Perhaps this blog will help you realize your fitness goals and motivate you too! I will see you guys in my first blog. cya
